Terms and Conditions – WA Fingerfood
1. Pricing
All prices listed on our menus, quotations and invoices are inclusive of GST.
 Additional Staff Travel
Additional charges apply where staff are required to travel outside the Perth Metropolitan area – these charges will be detailed on your quotation.
 Public Holidays
Additional charges apply to staff rates on Public Holidays.
2. Bookings
 Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit of $200.00 is required to be paid by credit card, cheque or direct deposit within 7 days of booking.
 Cancellation
A Cancellation Fee of $50 applies to any cancellation more than 7 days prior to your function date.
A Cancellation Fee of $200 applies to any cancellation once Final Confirmation has been completed or within 7 days of your event.
A Cancellation Fee equal to the food portion of your booking applies to any cancellation within 2 business days of your event.
3. Confirmation
 Final Confirmation
Final Confirmation of all final details of your event including final guest numbers, menu selections, serving time, etc. must be completed 7-10 days prior to your event date.
Once final confirmation has been completed, you will receive an email advising “Your function is now fully confirmed”. This email will also include all paperwork detailing all final confirmed details and selections for your function. You are required to thoroughly review this paperwork and advise any changes within 24 hours.
No changes to selections or additional selections will be accepted after Final Confirmation is complete.
No reductions in guest numbers will be accepted after Final Confirmation is complete.
Any increase in guest numbers should be advised as soon as possible, however due to additional costs to us, any increase within 2 business days of your event date will incur a surcharge of $5.00 per additional guest.
 Final Payment
For any booking where there is an outstanding balance, this must be finalised and cleared in our account at least 2 business days prior to the event date. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.

4. At the Function
 Kitchen
As a mobile caterer, when we come to your venue of choice, we require full and exclusive use of your kitchen facilities. We will need access to facilities such as a microwave, oven, cook top, range hood, refrigerator and sink. We will also need as much bench space as possible as it reduces the time it takes for our Catering Staff to prepare your meal.
Although WA Fingerfood takes all care and reasonable precautions to reduce any risk of damage, no responsibility is taken by the caterer in the event the microwave, oven, cook top, range hood or refrigerator break down on the day of your event.
 Dietary Requirements
WA Fingerfood takes all reasonable precautions to reduce any risk of cross-contamination from nut-based products – however we do not operate a nut-free kitchen.
 Broken Equipment
Any loss or damage to hired equipment (such as silverware and crockery) is the hirer’s responsibility.
5. Our Commitment
The management of WA Fingerfood, as ‘Gold Licence Caterers’, take all reasonable precautions to fulfil our ‘due diligence’ responsibilities of providing safe food to our customers. WA Fingerfood operates under a Food Safety Program, which ensures that each process step is systematically analysed. Potential problems are identified and sufficient controls are put in place to reduce or eliminate risks.
WA Fingerfood will not be held liable for the health and safety of our customers for any food removed from the venue or consumed more than sixty minutes after the specified service time.
By making the deposit payment for your function, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions.
